The Axle Load (PALD) division achieved a remarkable 193% year-over-year increase in revenue, collecting PKR 183.68 million from 54,263 challans. Enforcement was heavily front-loaded, peaking in October before experiencing a drastic mid-year drop that suppressed numbers through the winter months. Despite these highly inconsistent monthly volumes, a strong late-year rebound in June ensured the division successfully nearly tripled its financial output compared to the previous year
